Feeding Birds
Starting to feed wild birds isn't complicated. Simply putting out some seed is all it takes to attract wild birds to your backyard. One can easily scatter seed on the ground, but most of this seed will inevitably be eaten by larger birds or scavengers. Nevertheless, scattering less expensive seed, like cracked corn, can distract other animals from your bird feeder. To attract smaller birds some type of raised feeder is required.
